Restoran Siang Sun // 香山

This shop is the 1st gathering place with my JB forum friends..as recommended by Mr. Chia, this shop is also another hidden find in Taman Universiti. There are a few things to take note here
1) They only open 4 days a week, closed on Monday, wed, friday
2) Its a family run business with 3 person operation, so during peak hours the wait is slow...
3) On weekends they sell Pi Pa Duck


Ok, now off to the food
What we ordered is
1) Chestnut Pork Knuckle 
2) Steam Fish Hong Kong Style
3) Sweet and sour chicken


Food: 4.5/5 Fantastic..the pork knucle literately melts in one's mouth..to make it less sinful, the excessive fats are being taken out, before deep frying..as for the fish, it is cook to perfection, and fresh. nothing much to complain..as for the other 2 dishes..its ordinary..
Pricing: around 60+ for 4 pax
Environment: 2/5 slightly hot
Overall: 4/5 calories well spent!!
