One of the oldest teochew style noodle shops in town, another one would located just further down, I was told they are all related, selling the same style of noodles.
This shop, located besides OCBC stretch, does sells teochew braised duck as well. The place can get quite crowded and the Old man selling the noodles, will literately get into his own "zone" where he doesn't acknowledged your order...

That can get quite troublesome, as you have no idea if your food order has been taken note. But surprisingly, he remembers!!

Whats Good?
The soup, is rich and tasty, (not sure if there is MSG though) according to Eric Koh, their soup differs from the others that are being offered in JB, as they uses prawns as their primary broil, instead of the bones.
Each bowl, has a assortments of ingredients which is shown in the pictures, consisting of prawns, pork, fish balls, pork balls etc. the lard, is another killer...really crispy and melts in your mouth...

Whats Bad?
The portion of each noodle at 5RM is reallllllyyyy small...a bit like He Cheng Ji wanton mee, please order big portion if u are hungry..next, the hygiene is really bad..the boss collects money and cook noodles, without washing hands of course...definitely not for the weak stomach...hahahaha

弹: 5rm 不够吃,面有点少,老伯,有点"爱买,爱买"点菜时,也 不做回应,不懂到底有没有听到,卫生方面有待加强,因为 ,老伯一手收钱,一手煮面。
