Perling Soon Li Restoran // Perling顺利苦瓜汤

Jb 的苦瓜汤是蛮多家的， 卖的东西也大同小异。小弟我，并不喜欢吃苦瓜，不过，基于＂我不入地狱，谁入地狱＂的美食原则，怎么样也得试试看先吧？

In JB Bitter gourd Soup is almost everywhere..from Kah Kah Lok, to Soon li, or Senai ..all these shops are operating from franchises, and the standards will vary from shop to shop. To be honest, I'am not a big fan of bitter gourd, but to taste the best food, one must make small sacrifices.

Ignore that fat guy blocking the camera..hahaha..

招牌菜：客家炸肉，蒸鲨鱼，苦瓜汤，黄梨大肠（没试）

didn't order this one)

食物：3.5/5 总的来说，满意。FOOD: 3.5/5 Overall I would say it is above average.

炸肉－是新鲜炸的，还热呼呼。肉不会太肥，有外脆内软。之前在这里读到某家是预先炸好的，实在不敢恭维。The Hakka fried Meat is Freshly fried..unlike Kah Kah Lok, where they fried in bulk to save time...i once had a cold hakka meat when I was there...

苦瓜汤﹣味道较清淡，不过胜在有住家菜的Feel. The Bitter gourd soup, is taste light and akin home-cooked.

蒸鲨鱼－鲨鱼肉加入sambal， 姜去腥味，味道算ok，美中不足，是有些部分的肉的皮过硬， 可以考虑去皮。Steam Shark meat, goes well with ginger and sambal to remove the "mud" taste..however it would be even better if they remove the skin..its a bit tough to chew

Ice Bitter gourd juice..I'm in heaven...

价钱 Pricing：2／5 62rm 4道路菜， 三杯水，小贵。62 RM for 4 dishes 3 drinks..slightly expensive

整体Overall：3／5 可以试试。Worth trying out
