一说到Taman Daya, 水仙
一菜馆,很多人都会联想到这道招牌泥鳅锅。
之前,小弟吃过的
Johor Jaya 好运的泥鳅后,特地到访这家吃,顺便
做个比较。以下乃个人口味评语。

砂锅泥鳅 Rm 18 (中)和好运不同这家没有个人份的泥鳅,所以要吃,最好至少三个人 以上。宫保酱,甜,酸辣的融汇使这道菜非常好下饭。鱼肉没泥味,处理的很好。加上煮 得不会太干,个人觉得比好运略胜一筹。 食物:4.2/5 The Claypot Catfish (RM 18) is better than How Yun in my opionion because of the gravy, which is not too dry, fish is soft, only thing is they don't have single serving size..2 or 3 person dining is advisable. Taste: 4.2/5 |

葱油豆腐 Rm 7 看似不起眼的豆腐配上特制葱油,酱料摇身一变成佳肴。味道异想不到的好吃。食物:4/5 Spring Onion Tou Fu, looks like a plain Jane dish, untill I tasted it, the saurce is unique and fragrant. Very unexpected. Taste: 4/5 |

印尼炸鸡 Rm 16 炸得酥脆,加上咖喱叶,甜黑酱调味,适合大众口味。可惜 鸡肉没去骨,一直吃到碎骨,有点不爽。食物:3/5 Indonesian Fried Chicken, nothing Indonesian about this dish, but it actually tasted quite good and crispy. Only complain is the chicken was not de-bone. Taste: 3/5 |

Restoran Shui Sean, at Taman Daya is one of the few restuarants famed for its claypot catfish dish beside
How Inn Restoran at Johor Jaya. I made this trips with some of my Spore friends to compare of this two restuarant's signature dish..to see which came up top.

Price: 67 rm for 4 slightly expensive
Service: 2.5/5 Waiting time is slow during lunch hour..and dishes comes in here and there.
Overall: 3.8/5 Can try..
