En Ji Noodle Shop // 恩记面家

In JB, you could find Ho Cheng Ji style of noodles almost everywhere. However, En Ji noodle is a stark difference from that offering. Firstly, they use egg noodles, the texture of their noodles is thicker and more slightly more chewy. 
From the articles on the wall, it was said that they are actually a branch that originates from An Shun northen part of Malaysia, but the style is Cantonese. The shop actually does more noodle distribution instead of walk-in business.
This is the 2nd visit to the shop for me, that's why i tried their roast duck noodles instead of wanton noodles.
Personal Verdict
Food 4/5
The main part of the dinning experiences comes with the noodles..for the first time, i feel i could finish the whole bowl of noodles without any side ingredients..seasoned with just black soya sauce,  each mouth is indeed heavenly!
The fried wanton is another one of my favorite..their skin is fired to crispy perfection...can't stop at one....

恩记面家,广东式云吞面。
在jb,到处都看到何成记式的面,恩记,的全旦面,变成独立风格的面家。
创于1965年,从安顺传到Jb,面家除了门面生意,也做批发。
由于,这是我第二次吃,我点了烧鸭面,炸云吞。

和何成记面不同到是,面的口感比较弹牙,也比较厚,调味方面只有黑酱油,没放辣椒,吃了有种口齿留香的feel。让人想再来一碗。鸭肉方面,中规中矩,感觉象配角。
炸云吞,皮炸得非常酥脆,让我欲罢不能,一口气吃完。


价钱:3.5/54rm 面,4rm 炸云吞。


整体:4/5 值得试!
