除了顺利苦瓜汤外，佳佳乐在Jb拥有四间分行。
这次与几位新加坡的朋友来吃吃看，并做个比较。

| 炒瘦肉，名称不确定，不过肯定是肉是淋上酱汁便上菜。Stir fired Deer meat but it looks like just ready mixed gravy pour on top. |

甚至比麦当劳还快，效率极高！但是可惜是，当效率
高，菜色，味道得退一步得以平衡时，还能称为美食吗？
正所谓慢工出细活，有些东西是无法偷功减料的。
I must say this restaurant has the fastest turnover of dishes, I ever tried. Its almost like the Mac of Hakka dish, within less than 10 mins the above dishes are served. I was told by one of my friend, that their franchises uses pre-mixed gravy for all the dishes, and the Hakka meat is bulk fried at certain timing to increase the fast turnover ( that explains why my Hakka meat is served cold).
Personally, I don't really like the idea of pre-mixed gravy, and I'm the type who are prepared to wait a little for good food....but to go to such extend to get fast turnover....is not really my cup of tea.

Overall 整体：2.8/5 无法吃出厨师的诚意.... probably my last visit.
