乍看之下，价钱有点贵。rm9 一碗，不过份量ok。
Nyuk Pau Beef Noodles, is a new franchise from sabah main branch, as compare to the taste of hainan beef noodles which we are very familiar with, this is different from it. The location is just beside the Bukit Indah Giant, is easy to spot it. For a start, I usually would order beef briskets, as it is the best part of the meat, and take a long time to cook it, but the RM 9 a bowl, comes as a surprise..luckily the portion is not very small.

这碗牛杂面，是朋友吃的，所以味道如何不清楚。但是，朋友给 的评语，汤不够浓，牛杂有股骚味，处理得不好。This bowl of Mix Beef noodles, is eaten by my friend, and his comments are, soup too bland, and innards have a "strong" smell, not well prepared. |

| 牛腩煮得够软，这是他赞的地方，但是有点牛骚味，整体味道没什么层次 . Stew Beef Brisket, is one of my favorite part of the beef, as it is softest meat, this shop's version is soft which is great , but the set back is, there is a strong beefy taste, but except that, the other flavors aren't that noticeable |

干捞面，加入普通酱油而已，我比较喜欢有牛肉汁搅拌。汤，最令人失望，不够浓郁，感觉不像牛肉汤。味道（3／5）Dried version of the beef noodles is the same as what u can find everywhere else, with just black soya sauce, but the soup that comes with it is too bland and lacks the strong flavor a beef noodle soup should have. Taste: 3/5 |

辣椒，是这家店的另一个卖点，个人很能吃辣，所以吃了后的感想是没想像中来的辣。不过的确不错 味道（3.5／5）The Chilli is one of the specialty of this shop, it was said to VERY hot. I'am up for a challenge, but after tasting it, I think it NOT that hot. But I have to agree, it is good Taste ( 3.5/5) |
