一说到Taman Daya, 水仙一菜馆，很多人都会联想到这道招牌泥鳅锅。
之前，小弟吃过的Johor Jaya 好运的泥鳅后，特地到访这家吃，顺便
做个比较。以下乃个人口味评语。

砂锅泥鳅 Rm 18 （中）和好运不同这家没有个人份的泥鳅，所以要吃，最好至少三个人

以上。宫保酱，甜，酸辣的融汇使这道菜非常好下饭。鱼肉没泥味，处理的很好。加上煮

得不会太干，个人觉得比好运略胜一筹。 食物：4.2/5  The Claypot Catfish (RM 18) is better than How Yun in my opionion because of the gravy, which is not too dry, fish is soft, only thing is they don't have single serving size..2 or 3 person dining is advisable. Taste: 4.2/5

葱油豆腐 Rm 7 看似不起眼的豆腐配上特制葱油，酱料摇身一变成佳肴。味道异想不到的好吃。食物：4／5 Spring Onion Tou Fu, looks like a plain Jane dish, untill I tasted it, the saurce is unique and fragrant. Very unexpected. Taste: 4/5

清炒菜心 Rm12 普普通通 食物：2／5 Stir Fried Choy Sum, Nothing special Taste: 2/5

印尼炸鸡 Rm 16 炸得酥脆，加上咖喱叶，甜黑酱调味，适合大众口味。可惜

鸡肉没去骨，一直吃到碎骨，有点不爽。食物：3／5 Indonesian Fried Chicken, nothing Indonesian about this dish, but it actually tasted quite good and crispy. Only complain is the chicken was not de-bone. Taste: 3/5

Total Damage RM 67 for 4..slightly expensive

Restoran Shui Sean, at Taman Daya is one of the few restuarants famed for its claypot catfish dish beside How Inn Restoran at Johor Jaya. I made this trips with some of my Spore friends to compare of this two restuarant's signature dish..to see which came up top.

Price: 67 rm for 4 slightly expensive

Service: 2.5/5 Waiting time is slow during lunch hour..and dishes comes in here and there.

Overall: 3.8/5 Can try..

 Claypot Catfish

How does Catfish actually taste like? I have no idea, because in Singapore We don't Usually eat this type of Fish. However, in JB catfish is a delicacy, and widely accepted as a dish in quite a few places. One of the most famous one..would be at Johor Jaya, Ni Qiu Wang. I finally made that effort to visit this joint, because the thought of eating catfish, kind of put me off..plus I hate the taste of "mud" in such fishes..
According to some of my friends..they say there 2 dishes is a MUST to eat here. Yellow wine Chicken, and claypot catfish. I ordered them both to sample it with a Singapore friend.
FOOD:4/5 
Surprisingly good, the fish is very tender and does not have any hint of mud..the shop prepares the dish well i must say. 
Yellow wine chicken, is sour in taste..it has a exciting aroma that entice you to have more..both dishes goes extremely well with white rice.
Price; 8 RM for each pot
Environment: 2./5 a bit hot
Overall: 3.8/5 worth your calories!!

吃泥鳅的体验。
自从，认识了，这里的网友后，就不时都会听到他们介绍，JJ的泥鳅王，对于我这个老外（餐都在外）吃泥鳅是一件很陌生的事。因为，新加坡没吃过。


我甚至连泥鳅长得什么样都不知道。昨天拉了位友人一起吃看看。
特色菜：砂锅泥鳅，黄酒鸡
食物：4／5 
泥鳅没有泥味，加上宫保酱，美味，肉质原来比一些鱼来得嫩。


黄酒鸡，汤中带酸，非常开胃。


价钱：3／5 中等价位 8rm 小锅


环境：2／5 有点热


整体：3.8/5 值得吃
。
后记：原来泥鳅也很有营养，男生可以多吃。
