带丰富交原蛋白,是可称得上美容圣品，不是每次都吃得到的菜色，需要1星期的预定。厨师选择用最简单的烹饪手法来保持原汁原味，酱汁的调味是蒸熟后才淋上的。鱼唇容在口里，实在妙不可言，令人回味无穷。4／5

铺锅佬，的三大名菜,
1) 菜园鸡
皮薄，肉鲜嫩。3.5/5
2)炒福建面，
火候的控制是这道菜的关键，这次再吃这道菜感觉有点失望，面炒得有点过火，又点太油。3/5
3) 客家酿豆腐 
保持水准，以猪肉酿制是本人喜欢的口味。3.5/5

Rong Ji another one of the early batches of old school restuarants that are still around. Apparently, this shop does have its glory days back then. But after many years, this old shop looks set to go into history with the chef, who looks really old. location is actually behind esso station at the junction of TUTA.

Things to take note is..the surrounding shops are garages, so one might find it uncomfortable to dine there. But   how about the food?

Not too fantastic, slightly above average in my opinion, the 2 signature dish..Pig trotter and KL hokkien mee, you could find better version elsewhere.

Price: 38 rm super good value in my opinion

容记楼饭店
食物：3／5－福建面， 比起补锅佬的福建面，这一挡，比较没酱浓稠，猪油味道会比少。整体比较象Jb的福建面多过KL的。不过，值得一提的是，面是老板自己做的。口感比较Q，也很顺滑。
招牌猪手－3.5/5
这猪手，经过油炸后，的确有外脆不过却没达到内软的境界。但整体还是可圈可点的。加上店家的特制酱料和炸馒头，有画龙点睛之功用！


环境：1.5/5 置身在工业区，感觉有点奇怪。店家的装潢也相当的旧。


价钱：很合理的价钱。三道菜加水才38rm!!
