Ah Hua kuay Tiao－KSL // 阿华粿条汤KSL

Ask anyone in JB which stall sells the best Kuay tiao soup, most of them will tell you about Ah Hua. This stall is one of those stalls that had withstand the test of times and changing taste since 1950s. Currently, there are 3 outlets that carries this brand, Jalan Segget in Jb town area, Taman Century, and Plentong.
According, to Eric Koh, all 3 stalls are related in one way or another..but hey, that is not important..what matters is which one still maintains the traditional taste?
I decide to start with the Taman Century one..since its nearer..

一说到粿条汤，差不每个新山人，都会介绍阿华。这家很有历史的老字号，目前有三家。
坡底jalan seget, plentong, 还有taman century KSL 门口外的这家。
听说，每一家都是亲戚关系，至于什么关系，并不重要。重点是，那一家还保持原来的味道？

根据Eric koh的可靠消息，这家在KSL是得到真传的。至于好不好吃，就看个人了。

食物：3.5/5 我点的干捞粿条，汤头浓，适合重口味的我，酱料配合得酸辣适中。可惜粿条烫过头，导致
粘在一块。料方面处理得很好，没有骚味。
环境：3/5 新装修，明亮清洁。
价钱：5rm 小 起
